All services are charged on an hourly basis with a one hour minimum requirement. After the first hour, services are billed at 15 minute increments.

All files are proofread prior to completion in order to achieve the highest possible accuracy.

Retainer Packages

Retainer packages are offered to customers that use services on a regular monthly basis. The levels of discount available are outlined in the rates schedule. 

A minimum 3 month contract is required on any retainer packages.

Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued on completion of the work and is payable immediately. For large jobs, a 50% deposit may be required to begin the work. For projects spanning several weeks or months, interim invoices will be issued. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Resumes are payable at handover of finished product. Payment can be made by company cheque, direct deposit, money order or credit card (via Paypal).
